Complete all of your required Wyoming CE to renew your broker's license, with this one package!

This 53-hour course provides a wealth of education for brokers. The package contains 24 hours of training on mandatory topics, 21 hours of training on elective topics, and 8 hours of training on broker responsibilities in Wyoming. We'll start by talking about the role of broker and some of the responsibilities a broker assumes. Then, we'll cover the proper way to handle trust accounts, reconcile funds, and conduct self-audits.

We'll also go over some supervision and management techniques used by effective managers, before discussing the formation of policies and procedures.

We'll review the laws and mechanics of escrow, title insurance, and closings, before we spend some time on the process of inspections and disclosures.

In our section on marketing and social media, you'll learn the current regulations and guidelines for advertising properly. We'll also review some of the laws that pertain to these issues.

We'll review agency, ethics, and contracts before discussing risk and risk management techniques that real estate professional can use to mitigate risk. Elective topics that we'll cover include real property law basics, transferring titles, encumbrances, fair housing regulations, common law of agency, general and real estate-specific contract law, math calculations for real estate, property valuation, and financing sources, documents, and regulations.

Sheri has been an online instructor for AYPO's Real Estate education classes for over 5 years and is a licensed real estate instructor across the United States.

Growing up in a military family, Sheri became very patriotic, developed an adventurous spirit, and grew passionate about helping people.

In 2005 Sheri became a principal broker and opened Oregon Ranch & Home Real Estate in order to better serve her clients. She received the honor of being ranked #5 in Southern Oregon for dollar volume sold for 2008, during one of the most challenging years the market has seen in decades.
