This 8-hour course of mandatory content will maintain a special focus on topics related to agency and the contracts that are used in real estate.
The course will begin with a review of state and federal rules that apply to real estate, as well as ethics. Then, we'll review the contracts used in real estate transactions, as well as agency disclosures.
We'll also talk about the nature and responsibilities of brokerage relationships, as well as the duties of an agent to the principal.
