Oregon Principal Broker Advanced Practices (27 Hours)
This 27 Hour Oregon Principal Broker Advanced Practices Course (PBAP) provides a broad spectrum of subjects covering everything required for the principal broker renewing their license. Included in this course are lessons regarding brokerage practices, supervising and managing real estate licensees, and other crucial topics for your renewal.
Oregon 12 Hour General Real Estate Concepts Package
This 12 hour package is an ideal review for real estate licensees who wish to review some of the most important legal issues in real estate. The course will cover topics such as ethics, fair housing regulations, agency, property titles, deeds, taxes, encumbrances, and real estate contracts including leases, listings, and sale agreements.
Oregon 9 Hour Real Estate Essentials Package

Oregon 8 Hour Property Management Package

Oregon 7 Hour Real Estate Business Practices

Oregon 6 Hour Real Estate Financing Package
This 6 hour course focuses on on financing topics in real estate. It offers a thorough overview of various loan programs including government loans. We'll also review essential points of lending law that a licensee should be familiar with, and the documentation you'll need to be able to assist your clients with.
Oregon 3 Hour 2022-2023 LARRC
This class covers every topic selected by the Oregon Real Estate for the 2022-2023 license renewal cycle to supply the required three hours of content on recent changes to real estate rules and laws. Highlights include the “Love Letter Law”, numerous changes to modernize advertising rules, and an in-depth review of fair housing rules and laws, a new requirement for license renewals beginning in July 2022.
Oregon 3 Hour NAR Code of Ethics CE
This state-approved course will meet 3 hours of a real estate licensee's CE requirements! Although it's based on the REALTOR Code of Ethics, licensees don't have to be a REALTOR to benefit from this course. The ethical practices we'll discuss here set the standard for the real estate industry.
Oregon Real Estate License Renewal Dates and Continuing Education Requirements
- Oregon requires 30 total hours of CE for principal brokers, brokers, and property managers.
- Most licensees are required to take 27 hours of Continuing Education and 3 hours of LARRC.
- If you are renewing your license for the first time you will want to take the Advanced Practice Course which is specifically designed and approved through the Oregon Real Estate Agency for your initial renewal.
- The 27-hour Principal Broker Advanced Practices (PBAP) course must be completed by any principal broker renewing an active license for the first time on or after July 1, 2019. Any principal broker whose first renewal was inactive must also take the course to reactivate the license for the first time on or after July 1, 2019.
- NAR Members: The current cycle begins January 1, 2022 and ends December 31, 2024.
