Complete your continuing education to renew your AR real estate license today. All of our courses can be completed At Your Pace online in order to help you maintain your license. Once you finish your class you will have an official certificate of completion available to print or save in order to report your CE to the commission.

Arkansas 2020 Complete CE Package
This package includes 3 hours of advertising review, plus 1 hour on safety considerations, and 3 hours of elective credits. Topics of interest covered in this package are the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines, advertising across multimedia platforms, protecting yourself, your clients, and their properties, and best practices in cooperative brokerages.

Arkansas 1 Hour Required Safety CE
This 1 hour course will provide Arkansas real estate licensees with training that meets the Safety course requirements. This course will cover general safety considerations, protecting yourself, protecting clients, and protecting the property.
Arkansas 3 Hour Ethics for Real Estate Professionals
This 3 hour course examines ethics and ethical duties as they apply to real estate professionals in Arkansas. This course addresses ethical concepts, duties of real estate professionals, and practical ethics.
Arkansas 3 Hour Real Estate Financing & Mathematics
This course will fulfill the 3 hour requirement for Arkansas real estate licensees on any topic, and will cover finance basics, mathematics for real estate, and property taxes.
Arkansas Best Practices in Real Estate Cooperative Brokerages
This 3 hour elective course will help real estate licensees in Arkansas complete their annual continuing education requirements. This course provides students with 3 hours of education toward the 7 hours of annual CE. The course centers on cooperative brokerages, looking at such topics as agency, disclosure, open house policies, and licensee behavior toward clients and other parties in a cooperative transaction.
Arkansas Advertising Review Course
This course is a 3 hour exploration of the laws and regulations on advertising of Arkansas for real estate salespersons and brokers. Among the topics we'll discuss are best practices across multi-media platforms, AREC Regulations, NAR's Code of Ethics, the FTC's guidelines, the principal broker's responsibilities, identifiers to include on advertisements, and problems to avoid.
Arkansas 3 Hour NAR Code of Ethics Course
This course is approved to meet 3 hours of your Elective CE requirement! Regardless if you are a REALTOR® or not, this course covers their Code of Ethics for the Real Estate Industry. In addition, this course will help you in interacting with other parties, produce better contracts, handle ethics hearings and much more!
This course is approved by a local NAR association to satisfy the NAR Code of Ethics training requirement.
Arkansas Real Estate License Renewal Dates and Continuing Education Requirements
Real Estate professionals in Arkansas are required to obtain 7 hours of continuing education by September 30th of every year in order for their license to be renewed for the following year. Active licensees who fail to take education by December 31st will have their license expire.
The 2020 Continuing Education Requirements for ALL licensees is:
- 1 Hour of Safety
- 6 Hours of Electives
NAR Members: NAR's Board of Directors approved a change to the Code of Ethics training requirement, extending the current cycle deadline from Dec. 31, 2020, to Dec. 31, 2021.
