This 2-hour course is designed to meet the Mississippi requirements for your License Law Core course. It covers all of the required information including license law on obtaining a license, violations of licensure, and the administrative rules which govern licensing.

At the end of this class students will be able to explain the statutes governing licensing and know how to maintain their real estate license, avoid committing violations of real estate law and explain to others the consequences of violating the law, obtain a broker’s license and explain to prospective real estate agents how to obtain a salesperson’s license, and request a declaratory opinion from the Mississippi Real Estate Agency.

The course will conclude with a 20-question final test.
