PA NAR Code of Ethics Cycle 7 Update

Pennsylvania Real Estate License Renewal Dates and Continuing Education Requirements

All licensees are required to complete 14 hours of continuing education by May 31st of even-numbered years. Licensees have different requirements for their first renewal cycle and all subsequent renewal cycles.
