Our 4-hour course offers a wealth of instruction on important topics for licensees to know and practice.
We’ll kick the course off with a discussion of contracts, including general contract law and moving into real estate-specific contracts. We’ll talk about the specific clauses of listing and sale contracts, before moving on to financing.
In the financing section of the course, we’ll examine the different loans and loan programs that may be available to homebuyers. These include federal loan programs such as VA and FHA loans.
We’ll end the course with the state-mandated 40-question final exam.

Sheri has been an online instructor for AYPO's Real Estate education classes for over 5 years and is a licensed real estate instructor across the United States.
Growing up in a military family, Sheri became very patriotic, developed an adventurous spirit, and grew passionate about helping people.
