Newly designated managing brokers in Illinois can satisfy their BMCE requirement about Real Estate Licensing Changes, supervision and oversight of employees and office management, and office policy generation with this 12 hour course. License renewal is contingent on successful completion of this series, divided into 3 sections, lasting 4 hours each.
Section 1 covers updates from recent public acts to the Real Estate Licensing Act and offers example scenarios for help in digesting and implementing the changes. Notable changes are examined and explained. Section 2 provides practical information for adequately supervising licensees and their real estate activities, including tips for virtual management. Last, but not least, Section 3 details topic requirements and methods for compliance within a formal office policy and procedures manual. It also highlights the importance of regular training and documentation of all interactions and changes.
Stories and imagery are utilized throughout the course to enhance comprehension for different learning styles. After each lesson, students will be asked a single question about the material.
