This 12 hour package will give brokers in Illinois all the continuing education they need to renew their licenses, and managing brokers will receive 12 of the 24 required hours. 

Included in the package is the newly required 4 hour core for brokers and managing brokers. The core content begins by discussing Illinois license law, duties and responsibilities of real estate professionals, and unprofessional conduct and the consequences. 

The course then explores the topics of agency, various types of agreements and disclosures, escrow accounts, and fair housing. The core content concludes by addressing advertising regulations and methods.

For the elective topics, students will learn about starting and managing their own real estate business, investment opportunities in real estate, and security instruments. 

The course also explores how ethical behavior should be exhibited in real estate, and ends with a discussion of errors and omissions. 

This package is broken up by a series of short incremental exams meant to help students understand and retain the information presented.

Sheri has been an online instructor for AYPO's Real Estate education classes for over 5 years and is a licensed real estate instructor across the United States.

Growing up in a military family, Sheri became very patriotic, developed an adventurous spirit, and grew passionate about helping people.

In 2005 Sheri became a principal broker and opened Oregon Ranch & Home Real Estate in order to better serve her clients. She received the honor of being ranked #5 in Southern Oregon for dollar volume sold for 2008, during one of the most challenging years the market has seen in decades.
