This course is designed to provide real estate brokers in Illinois with eight hours of continuing education on elective topics.
The course will begin with the state-mandated 1 hour training on sexual harassment prevention.
Then, the course will talk about techniques for managing a real estate business and any employees.
From there, the course will explore investment in real estate. This segment of the course will discuss syndicates and the utility of security instruments.
After that, the course will address ethics and ethical behavior.
The course will end with a segment covering professional errors and omissions. This segment of the course will describe different kinds of errors before examining strategies for preventing errors or mitigating the damage caused by an error.
The course is broken up by a series of incremental exams. These are intended to help students understand and retain the information presented in the course.
