The course also delves into environmental considerations, land and water rights, zoning regulations and financing solutions specific to farm and ranch transactions.
Mandatory Residential Core [8/1/26-7/31/28]
3h courseThis 3-hour course for Utah real estate professionals satisfies 3 hours of the mandatory core education for residential properties. The class covers such topics as agency basics, limited agency, real estate purchase contract basics, seller disclosures, conditions of purchase, and wire fraud prevention, along with a review of new and revised administrative rules in Utah.
It contains all of the topic areas required by the Utah Division of Real Estate:
● Agency Basics,
● Real Estate Purchase Contract Basics, and
● Code Updates and Industry Issues
Each of these topics work together to give you all the training you need to get a head start on renewing your real estate license!
To maintain active license status, you must complete all Utah continuing education (CE) requirements by the 15th day of your renewal month. This timing avoids incurring a late fee and ensures on-time renewal.

To fulfill your license renewal continuing education credit hours, AYPORealEstate has CE course packages that meet Utah Division of Real Estate requirements.
All real estate license renewals in the state of Utah require the licensee to obtain a fingerprint background check and enroll in the FBI's Rap Back Fingerprint System.
Licensees should first visit the Utah Division of Real Estate's website to review and sign an electronic consent form. The Division's website also has a list of locations around the state where licensees can comply with this fingerprinting regulation.
However, due to COVID-19 concerns and restrictions, fingerprinting is currently suspended for license renewal. The Utah Division of Real Estate will notify licensees when this requirement resumes.
There is no final exam score requirement to earn CE credits toward your Utah real estate license renewal.
You can only complete a CE course once per renewal term to receive credit toward your requirement.
Any student attending 1 ATTEMPT (AT YOUR PACE ONLINE) is under no obligation to affiliate with any of the real estate brokerages that may be soliciting for licensees at this school.
A student accepted or enrolled for education hours cannot later reduce those hours by applying for an education waiver. An education waiver must be obtained before a student enrolls and is accepted by a school for education hours.
