Renewal Deadline: Georgia real estate licenses must be renewed every four years by the initial date of licensure.
Continuing Education Requirements:
Any student can repeat a course for credit if it has been at least one year since they last received credit for it. This does not change if their license has been renewed in that time.
If you hold a salesperson's license, the first year you renew the license you must complete a 25-hour GREC-approved post-licensing real estate course. This course must be completed prior to renewing your license.

In Georgia, you can renew your license online through the online licensing portal. You need to renew your license by midnight on your renewal date or your license will lapse and you'll need to pay a late fee to get it renewed.
